Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with a focus on commercial systems Proven leadership or lead technician experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC equipment Experience with rooftop units, boilers, and control systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics EPA certification required or preferred (depending on the role) Valid driver’s license Ability to manage job responsibilities independently and lead a team effectively Strong communication skills and attention to detail Assured Comfort Services HVAC Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
