Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E-lead customers remotelyReceive leads and work them through to a closed saleQuickly and effectively respond to customers via company platforms and online sources, moving customers from email to phone or video to build rapport and momentumPrepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide customers through credit applications and trade appraisalsMaintain a working knowledge of each product being sold, with the ability to speak credibly to floor plans, features, and comparisonsClose sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team and coordinating delivery logistics with the customer's storeMaintain an active, documented relationship with each customer in DP360 throughout the sales cycleFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customerMaximize conversion on assigned leads while delivering a customer experience that earns repeat and referral businessGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organizationStay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventoryBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and managementQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & CertificationsMust be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulationsWillingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the roleAbilitiesDemonstrated excellent computer skills, oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to close sales and manage a full remote sales cycle independentlyAbility to work flexible hours, as required.
