Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to support ongoing client relationships and help ensure a professional, responsive service experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client needs, coordinates requests with internal teams, and helps manage day-to-day service activities. The Client Services Specialist will maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates, address questions, and ensure requests receive appropriate follow-through. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple client priorities. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client needs and service requests Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates Respond to questions regarding company services, programs, and current initiatives Coordinate client requests with appropriate internal teams Monitor open items and ensure requests receive timely follow-up Identify client needs and help coordinate appropriate services and resources Address routine client concerns and assist with resolving service-related issues Maintain accurate records of client communications, requests, and ongoing activities Prepare client materials, service information, and account updates as needed Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights internally Develop a strong understanding of company services, processes, and procedures Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support client needs Track client activity and assist with internal reporting Identify opportunities to improve client communication and service processes Support client meetings, programs, and special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional and confident when communicating directly with clients Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities Comfortable coordinating across different teams and departments Ability to learn company services, systems, and processes Previous experience in client services, account support, customer success, business operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on client relationship and service experience Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to multiple areas of client and business operations Opportunities to develop relationship-management, communication, and problem-solving skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
