Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Construction
$175kFull-time
Are you an experienced construction leader ready to help drive a data center program into its next phase of growth?
Join a leading construction and infrastructure organisation with over a century of history, and nearly three decades of established operations in the US. They specialize in delivering complex building, civil engineering, and design-build projects across public and private sectors. With extensive industry expertise, the organisation delivers mission critical facilities and major infrastructure projects with a strong focus on safety, innovation, quality, and long-term community impact.
The multi-billion dollar international construction company is expanding their data center presence in the DFW market and looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to help win and deliver some of the region's most significant upcoming pursuits.
This is a genuine opportunity to get in early on a growing market, working on projects for major, recognized data center clients rather than niche or lower-tier operators. For the right person, this also opens the door to genuine mobility across projects and regions as the business grows. Ready to make a move? Get in touch and apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data center construction projects from a PM or Senior PM capacity
- Oversee overall project delivery, coordinating across trades and disciplines rather than a single scope
- Support project pursuits and help position the business to win upcoming data center work
- Manage schedule, budget, and delivery across assigned projects
- Provide strong and visible leadership on site
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of progressive construction industry experience with strong tenure history
- Recent, hands-on data center project experience with major clients
- Background with a General Contractor preferred; MEP subcontractor background considered
- Experience as the overall lead PM/Superintendent, not a single-trade or assistant-level role
- Open to relocation and/or travel across projects and regions
Benefits:
- Up to 20% annual bonus
- Company vehicle (level-dependent) or car allowance for multi-project travel
- Choice of medical plans, company-paid life insurance and dental cover
- 401(k) match
- Annual paid volunteer day
- Relocation assistance available
Salary:
- Up to $175,000, dependent on experience and level
