About the Role:

Join THE SMOG SHOP as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles meet California's smog requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.
• Prepare and present estimates for services and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automotive service.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• Due to our client base. The candidate should be able to speak both English and Spanish. 
• Proven experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Proficient in using automotive service software and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
