Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.\nStrong expertise with Figma, including component libraries, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.\nExperience designing complex enterprise applications, internal tools, operational systems, or workflow-heavy platforms.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and design heuristics.\nAbility to work independently and translate high-level direction into executable designs.\nExperience collaborating directly with software development teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPortfolio demonstrating enterprise application design and end-to-end design ownership.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a large-scale transformation initiative replacing ServiceMax with a custom-built web and mobile platform. This individual will play a critical role in bridging design strategy and execution, working closely with internal product leadership and offshore development teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.\n\nThis is a highly collaborative role focused on enterprise application design, UX best practices, and Figma-based design execution. The ideal candidate can take high-level direction, operate independently, and drive quality outcomes with minimal oversight.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign intuitive web and mobile experiences for enterprise users.\nTransform complex business workflows into simple, effective user experiences.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.\nCollaborate closely with Product Design leadership to ensure alignment with established design principles and standards.\nAct as the primary UX/UI point of contact for offshore development teams.\nTranslate design requirements into clear implementation guidance for engineers.\nEnsure consistency with design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.\nParticipate in design reviews, stakeholder discussions, and product planning sessions.\nAdvocate for usability, adoption, and user-centered design throughout the development lifecycle.\nReview implemented features and provide design feedback to ensure quality and consistency.\n\nPay rate: 15-17/hr based on experience
