Project Manager

Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team focused on delivering high-quality projects across sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout. Develop, maintain, and track project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams, ensuring timely completion and quality control. Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and contractual obligations. Lead job closeout efforts, including punch list completion, documentation, and reporting. Provide regular updates and transparent reporting to internal leadership and clients. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in one or more of the following software platforms: Procore , Bluebeam , MS Project . Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and general project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
