Collections Specialist (B2B)

Setting: 1-2 week(s) onsite training then work is Remote Pay : $20 - $23/hour We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist local to Michigan with a robust background in commercial collections. This role is far from standard collections work; it involves handling a wide range of business-to-business collections across multiple waste streams, requiring flexibility and adaptability in approach. Responsibilities: Execute B2B collections across diverse client profiles with varying requirements. Manage lien waivers, track government fund disbursements, and handle specialized documentation. Understand and adapt to each customer’s billing and documentation needs. Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete. Communicate with clients using tailored approaches based on audience and situation.
