State Tested Nursing Assistant

The Laurels of Chagrin Falls is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant to deliver person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort, while accurately recording vital signs and supporting clinical care. You’ll work closely with nurses and an interdisciplinary team to provide long-term care, rehab, and memory care services.
