Operations Lead

Operations lead with experience in incident and monitoring. Job description includes operation experience, incident management, logs monitoring, hands on, API understanding, Dynatrace alerts and monitoring. Your tasks define and document project scope, manage and prioritize technology driven projects, coordinate with development teams, conduct risk assessments, track and report project progress, communicate project updates, ensure technical teams follow best practices, utilize Agile methodologies, work closely with QA teams, track and optimize project costs, timelines, and resource utilization, support post implementation reviews, work with vendors and external partners, implement best practices in project management, DevOps, and software development.
