What You'll Do

• Follow up with internet inquiries and prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct customer review appointments to identify protection gaps.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through our CRM.
• Recommend auto, home, life, and financial products based on customer needs.
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth goals.
• Take ownership of your activity, follow-up, and personal production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship management is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. We provide training and support throughout the licensing process.
