Step into an enriching opportunity working with K-12th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment! This full-time, contract-to-hire position launches at the start of the 25-26 school year, beginning August 14, 2025, and offers a meaningful balance of professional growth and student impact. The role encompasses 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., serving students across one to two campuses.

In this role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, ensuring every student reaches their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Possess SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Candidates with SLPA credentials and school experience are welcome to apply
• Active Texas state licensure (or an ability to secure it before start date)
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, supporting diverse learners
• Teletherapy experience a plus, but commitment will be on-site (no virtual-only options)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) speech/language goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
• Travel between one or two assigned school sites as needed
