Job Title: Machine Operator (Warehouse Floater)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Waco, TX

JOB PURPOSE: To be proficient in every standard production role throughout the manufacturing process.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE:
- The operator will be open to training in each process from beginning to end (general housekeeping to shipping dept).
- To support the company in filling any of the above listed roles as needed and for as long as needed. This may require multiple roles during one workday or workweek. (Employees on PTO, call-Ins, etc... )
J OB DUTIES: will include but not limited to:
- Open to training in all departments throughout the plant including
- Support product flow through the plant by recognizing any area that is falling behind and adding themselves as a resource
