Solar Field Technician - Travel-Ready & Impact
Empower Home Services
Empower Home Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform residential solar service and warranty work with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer experience. You will troubleshoot and repair solar systems, investigate roof leaks, and complete all project documentation in CRM. The role requires 1–3 years in the solar industry, solar battery installation experience, and ability to travel within California weekly.
