Cartographic Analyst

Geo Owl is currently looking for a Maritime Cartographer to support our customer in Springfield, Virginia. To be qualified, you need at least 5 years of relevant experience and meet the requirements listed below. Location Springfield, VA Clearance

TS/SCI

Requirements Minimum 3+ years with a degree or 5 years with high school of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), reflecting a comprehensive understanding and application of geospatial analytical methodologies and practices. Active TS/SCI clearance. Expertise and experience in geography, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including skill in ArcGIS applications. Experience creating shapefiles, geo-databases, and features. Knowledge of geospatial analysis software suites (GIS commercial software packages such as ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS, and SocetSet), including common office software (spreadsheets, word processing) used by NGA. Knowledge of digital cartography, image processing, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, and NGA digital data formats. Education Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
