Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools and evidence-based practices to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in our center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will focus on providing culturally competent care that respects clients' unique experiences and perspectives. You will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills by working with diverse mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exemplifying cultural sensitivity and competence in interactions with a diverse clientele.

• Effective organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.
