Maintenance Director – West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Facility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Position: Maintenance Director Location: Delray Beach, FL Schedule: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year Lead Our Maintenance Team West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands‑on Maintenance Director to oversee all facility maintenance operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This leadership role is responsible for managing building systems, preventative maintenance, repairs, regulatory compliance, and supervising the maintenance team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
