We are currently seeking Foundation Repair Laborers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
- Safely operate company tools and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
- Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
- Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
- No experience required for entry-level applicants; training provided.
- Experienced applicants should have digging/excavation experience .
- Experience operating a pressing machine is preferred/required for the experienced rate.
- Ability to safely perform physical work and follow job-site safety procedures.
