Requirements

• Active Kansas LPN license
  
• At least 6 months of recent LPN experience required
  
• Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
