Sifuentes & Associates LLC is seeking a Childcare Teachers to provide safe, supportive, and engaging care for children in our onsite program in El Paso, TX.

Position Summary

Childcare Teachers create a positive learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. In this role, you will plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, support daily routines, and partner with co-workers and families to reinforce consistent care and development.

You will work collaboratively with the childcare team to maintain high standards of supervision and promote respectful, inclusive interactions with children and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth through structured, engaging classroom activities.

• Maintain daily routines for learning, meals, rest, hygiene, and supervised play in accordance with program expectations.

• Provide attentive supervision and ensure children’s safety in all activities throughout the day.

• Use clear, professional communication to engage with children and support positive behavior.

• Collaborate with team members and families to share observations and support continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a childcare, education and/or caregiving setting.

• Ability to follow established safety and classroom procedures while maintaining a calm, nurturing presence.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

• Reliability and professionalism, with a commitment to consistent attendance and dependable performance.

• Ability to actively engage in classroom activities, including supervising children and participating in age-appropriate play.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with early childhood age groups and supporting age-appropriate learning and routines.

• Familiarity with positive behavior practices and classroom strategies that support child development.

• Experience collaborating in a team environment and contributing to shared goals in a childcare setting.

• Training or coursework related to early childhood education, child development, or a closely related field.
