At Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds , we're building a team of compassionate caregivers who are committed to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Whether you're an experienced CNA, HCA, or caregiver, we invite you to join a supportive team that values both your skills and your heart.

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Help create a safe and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping

• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Observe and report changes in clients' health or well-being

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

• Current CNA or HCA certification required

• Previous caregiving experience preferred 

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements

• Competitive Pay: $22-$25 per hour based on experience
