Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of pre- and post-transplant patient care.
• Act as the main point of contact for patients, their families, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide education to patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage the waitlist effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in transplant coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
