Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient Hospital – Charlotte, NC We are partnered with a well‑respected acute care hospital in Charlotte, NC, currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their inpatient pharmacy team. This role is perfect for a clinically driven pharmacist passionate about direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimizing medication therapy in a hospital setting. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow pharmacists to ensure safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication use across a variety of inpatient units, including critical care, internal medicine, and surgical floors.
