AI Enablement Manager

Overview

A growing, established organization is seeking an AI Solutions & Enablement Manager to identify and solve business challenges through the practical application of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role for a resourceful problem solver who can take ambiguous challenges, determine the best path forward, and quickly move from concept to implementation. Success in this role may involve building solutions directly, leveraging existing technology platforms, or partnering with external vendors and consultants.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this individual will identify high-impact opportunities, develop practical AI-driven solutions, and help employees leverage AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and stakeholders across the organization to identify business challenges, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable value.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation by researching technologies, evaluating options, building prototypes, and delivering practical solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions including workflow automations, custom AI assistants, agents, prompts, and productivity tools.
• Educate employees on AI best practices and establish internal champions to accelerate adoption throughout the organization.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of AI and automation opportunities based on business impact, scalability, implementation complexity, and return on investment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, software platforms, consultants, and solution providers to recommend the most effective build-versus-buy approach.
• Establish relationships with higher education institutions and develop internship or talent development programs focused on practical AI applications and innovation.
• Track and communicate the impact of AI initiatives through measurable outcomes such as productivity gains, process improvements, capacity expansion, risk reduction, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
