Patient Services Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA. Allentown is the fastest-growing major city in Pennsylvania and just a short drive from Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love.”

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of 20–25 Sodexo frontline associates while overseeing all aspects of the patient meal program to ensure compliance and enhance the patient experience. Schedules will vary based on the business needs.

Join a role that blends operational leadership with service excellence in a healthcare setting. You’ll oversee mailroom services alongside patient dining operations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a consistently positive experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year

What you’ll bring 

• Experience guiding frontline teams within service-driven operations such as mailroom, dining, or healthcare support services.
• Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
• Background in staff scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination.
• Commitment to service excellence through patient engagement, rounding, and quality monitoring.
• Organizational skills that support workflow management, performance standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience 
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Related Experience: 2 years
