    • Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks

    • Obstetrical Cases

    • Neurosurgical cases

    • Head

    • Spine

    • Open Heart Anesthesia

    • Thoracic cases (except open heart)

    • Complex vascular cases (except open heart)

    • Pain management techniques

    • Post-op epidural

    • Epidural steroid for Lumbar

    • Epidural steroid for Cervical

    • Transforaminal

    • Ventilation management

    • Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

    • Central Line placement

    • Arterial Line placement

    • PA Catheter placement

    • CRNA supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC

  • Licenses: Licensed in GA

  • Experience: Proficiency in regional anesthesia and nerve blocks required

  • Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner) preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administer general anesthesia for surgical procedures in an outpatient setting.
  • Perform regional nerve blocks, including spinal, epidural, and post-op extremity blocks.
  • Manage complex orthopedic cases and utilize x-ray guidance for block placement.
  • Provide patient care for adult and potentially pediatric populations as needed.
  • Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
