Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the branch office
  • Greet and assist customers, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate branch scheduling, supplies, and facilities needs
  • Support cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation processes
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for branch management
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new branch staff
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with branch manager on operational improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, associate degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of administrative or branch operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working with cash handling and basic reconciliation
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
