Become a Key Player as a Data ScientistYou will apply quantitative analysis and data modeling to surface actionable customer insights that inform product and business decisions. You will partner with business leads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate analysis into roadmap and testing recommendations. This is a Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Apply quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to uncover customer behavior and trends
- Act as a thought partner to business leads and influence decisions through data-driven storytelling
- Identify business opportunities, build use cases, and recommend data science initiatives to inform the product roadmap
- Develop and deploy data science models to drive scalable, programmatic business solutions
- Recommend and implement testing ideas based on detailed analysis
- Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL-like languages and prepare analysis for stakeholders
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- 2–3 years hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, ideally in tech or management consulting
- Demonstrable experience using statistical modeling on datasets to solve complex business problems
- Strong proficiency with SQL-like query languages for analytical purposes
- Experience building and training statistical/data science models
- Experience with statistical analysis in SaaS or subscription business models
- Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau and Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Economics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience
- MBA or a master's degree (preferred)
$90.14 - $112.68/hour
