What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain folder gluer equipment (Bobst experience preferred) at an advanced level.
- Run complex folding carton jobs while maintaining quality, speed, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and correct equipment issues while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Mentor and provide guidance to S1 and S2 Folder Gluer Operators.
- Document production runs, inventory, and maintenance using the MIS system.
- Lead pressroom improvements through preventive maintenance and advanced technical knowledge.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 years of folder gluing or finishing operator experience in a printing or packaging environment.
- Advanced knowledge of glue systems (hot melt, cold glue, fugitive, window).
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and quality control skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior operators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
