Client Service Specialist Sage Advisor Group | Poulsbo, WA | Full-Time | In Person Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Build a Career in Client Service & Financial Planning Sage Advisor Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, is an established financial planning practice focused on helping clients make informed financial decisions and feel confident about their financial future. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to support clients, advisors, and the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, learning new skills, and working as part of a collaborative team. Prior financial services experience is not required. We provide hands‑on training and support to help you learn the role and develop your skills. An interest in financial planning, investing, and the stock market is a plus. The Client Service Specialist will serve as an important part of the practice, providing day-to-day client support, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting advisors with client meetings and service needs. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by responding to requests and answering incoming phone calls. Document client interactions and maintain accurate information using client relationship management software. Manage appointments, calendars, reminders, and client follow-up items. Prepare reports, forms, and documents for client meetings. Prepare and process client paperwork, including scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic records. Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing client accounts. Process client service requests, account maintenance items, and money movement requests. Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using internal systems, available resources, and vendor support teams. Coordinate client events and educational workshops. Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, professional office environment. Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed. Collaborate with advisors and team members to provide an exceptional client experience. Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-office environment. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required.
