Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will assist the Lafayette American team, managing key current accounts with strategic thinking, creative vision, comfort working with clients and on fast-paced, complex accounts and incredible organization. We're looking for someone who is timely, proactive, asks the right questions, curious, enthusiastic and understands how to successfully move a project through an agency and client.

Responsibilities

• Manage key current accounts and support the team with daily workload.
• Manage the deliverables and details for assigned accounts and support team with daily workload.
• Proactive communication with clients regarding all projects, deliverables and associated details.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure plan aligns with strategic messaging and creative execution to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the project management lead to ensure all elements of program components are organized and stored for later use on all initiatives (decks, live content, analytics, reporting, etc.).
• Maintain individual project budgets and think of ways to grow business opportunities.
• Serve as an expert on the client's business and its competitors.
• Contribute with a willingness and enthusiasm in an always-on environment.
• Represent Lafayette American and client relationships on production or at events when necessary.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Brings experience in agency client services.
• Experience with cross-platform campaigns.
• Operate with a high level of quality - strong attention to detail, thorough and accountable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, high EQ.
• A team player - trustworthy, dedicated, and has a "one team" mentality.
• Possesses a strong work ethic - professional, motivated, and tenacious, with an ability to grow
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong desire to shape the future look of advertising.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe suite a bonus.
• Openness to miscellaneous tasks as needs may vary from program to program.
