Enterprise Account Executive

Hybrid, San Francisco Bay Area

$150K - $190K Base / 50-50 Split

We are partnering with a fast-growing Series A RegTech company helping banks, fintechs, and financial institutions modernize how they approach compliance, fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk infrastructure.

Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing rapid growth, the company is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business across enterprise financial services accounts throughout the United States.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team with strong product-market fit, a collaborative leadership group, and significant upside as the organization scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across enterprise financial services accounts
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across compliance, fraud, risk, security, operations, and product teams
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting banks, fintechs, credit unions, and other regulated institutions
  • Partner closely with founders, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales motions with multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, and virtual events
  • Help shape the go-to-market motion and provide feedback directly to leadership and product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or highly regulated environments
  • Strong preference for candidates coming from the fraud, identity, authentication, compliance, risk, or broader fintech infrastructure ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-thread executive relationships
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
