Seeking experienced live-in super to oversee maintenance of 54-unit residential property in Glen Cove, NY; minimum 5 yrs experience; will be responsible for preventive maintenance, work orders, scheduling contractors; experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry needed. Must be able to respond to emergency calls 24/7; candidate must possess a positive attitude; be proficient in speaking-reading-writing English; good communication/people skills. rent-free apartment; medical benefits; 401k; life insurance; hourly rate $20 to $30
