Dunzo Homes is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners who may be interested in selling their property. Your job is to follow a proven process to research leads, make contact, build rapport, gather important information, consistently follow up, and set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Specialist to meet with the homeowner and close the deal.

We provide the leads, systems, training, tools, and a clear process to follow. You bring the consistency, attention to detail, and communication skills to make sure every lead is properly worked and no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Base Compensation + Performance Bonuses + Deal Commissions

$55,000–$75,000 On-Target Annual Earnings

• This position includes guaranteed base compensation plus multiple opportunities to earn additional performance-based income.

• In addition to your base compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses for qualified appointments and commissions on deals that successfully close.

The $55,000–$75,000 range represents on-target annual earnings for a Lead Manager meeting performance expectations. Strong performance and consistently generating opportunities for the acquisitions team can increase your overall earnings.

$55,000 - $75,000 OTE

• Contact new and existing homeowner leads by phone and text

• Research property owners and locate accurate contact information when needed

• Follow a clear, repeatable process for working and qualifying leads

• Speak with homeowners to understand their situation, motivation, timeline, and property condition

• Build trust and rapport through professional, patient communication

• Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Specialist

• Consistently follow up with homeowners who aren't ready to sell immediately

• Manage an organized pipeline and maintain detailed, accurate CRM notes

• Re-engage older leads and make sure opportunities don't get overlooked

• Coordinate with the Acquisitions Specialist to provide a complete, organized handoff before appointments

• Maintain consistent daily activity and appointment-setting goals

• Are dependable, consistent, and organized

• Enjoy having a clear process and knowing exactly what is expected of you

• Take pride in doing things thoroughly and correctly

• Are comfortable speaking with people on the phone throughout the day

• Are patient and naturally good at listening and building trust

• Don't mind repetitive tasks and understand that consistent follow-up produces results

• Pay attention to details and keep accurate records

• Like working through a list and making sure things get completed

• Are persistent without being pushy or overly aggressive

• Prefer an organized environment with established systems and procedures

• Can work independently while still following a proven process

• Are motivated by measurable goals and seeing your work turn into appointments and closed deals.

You do not need to be a high-pressure salesperson or closer for this position. Your strength should be consistency: making the calls, asking the right questions, keeping accurate information, following up when promised, and making sure qualified opportunities reach our Acquisitions Specialist.

Previous real estate experience is not required . Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, call centers, administrative roles, research, or other phone-heavy and process-driven positions is a plus.
