What You'll Do:

• Educate customers on life and health insurance options tailored to their needs
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with new and existing policyholders
• Guide families through coverage changes and important milestones
• Conduct needs-based reviews and present solutions that protect what matters most
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

What You Bring:

• Active Life & Health license - or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to simplify and explain insurance concepts clearly
• Sales experience preferred - especially in insurance or financial services
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational habits
• Relationship-building and customer-service excellence

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
