You'll ensure exceptional resident care while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture. Responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring the nursing team Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Driving quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction Managing staffing, clinical operations, and nursing services Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability What We’re Looking For in a DON Required Qualifications: Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for caring for seniors and developing high-performing teams Waters of Cheatham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
