Warehouse Manifest Lead (Temp)
Core Personnel Staffing
Location: Plano, TX (supporting 3 DFW-area warehouses)
Pay: $21/hr ($20 base + $1 shift differential)
Schedule: 2nd shift, approximately 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday (hours may vary slightly)
Assignment: Temporary through December 31, with potential for extension or temp-to-hire

About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Manifest Lead for a busy distribution operation in Plano. This is a newly created role focused on one mission: making sure the right packages get on the right trucks, on time, every day. You'll lead a crew of about 12, keep the outbound manifest accurate, and make sure every carrier pickup is completed and documented. No prior manifesting experience is needed. Full training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew of about 12 team members who pull packages off the conveyor, load them into gaylords, and load them onto outbound trucks.
• Make sure packages are sorted and loaded onto the correct carrier trucks (UPS, USPS, and Veho).
• Run the manifest on the computer, complete shipping paperwork, and confirm when the last pickup of the day is done.
• Keep internal teams and clients updated on shipment status.
• Catch and correct errors before packages leave the building.
• Help improve the manifest process to reduce mistakes over time.

What You Bring

• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Warehouse, distribution, or shipping experience is a plus but not required.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• English required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, plus peak-season dates including December 31.
