Reports to: DC Operation Manager/Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Before tagging our order, you must check tickets against the carton label (verifying the style, color, price, and STS #)
- After tagging and verifying count you must sign the carton label. If the amount of merchandise does not match the label you must bring it to the checkers attention.
- You are responsible for keeping your work area neat, using trash bags for straps, papers, plastic bags, etc.
- If there is no work on our assigned line, find a manager or supervisor to be reassigned. (You are not allowed to jump line by line looking for work.)
- Your daily quota is an average of 15 skids every day.
- Do not tag orders without labels unless instructed by manager or supervisor.
- Production sheet numbers must be clearly legible to be counted.
- Perform all projects and functions assigned by management as required to meet the needs of the business.
- When labeling, a tagger must not remove the "Master Pallet Tag" carton.
- The "Master Pallet Tag" MUST BE processed last to save it in case we are short labels.
- The usage of your hands and finger is continuous and a repetitive activity.
- Wrist and body turning will occur on a continuous basis.
- Bending and stooping are continuous.
- Concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail is required.
