Associate Director of Recruitment - Stetson University

The Associate Director of Recruitment reports directly to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. The primary responsibilities include collaborating and implementing all recruitment efforts for Transfer. The Associate Director of Recruitment collaborates with Undergraduate Admissions counterparts to develop and implement key strategies for attracting and converting prospective students to meet admissions goals. As the senior member of the staff, the Associate Director of Recruitment will support office operations, coordinating processing and reading of admissions applications, and share responsibility of staff training and development, and other duties as requested. The Associate will be involved in all phases of the admissions program, including travel, school visitation, territorial management and correspondence. Responsibilities will also include tele‑counseling, interviewing, and application evaluation. Based on experience and office needs, the Associate Director will have staff supervisory responsibilities and will oversee the University’s three Assistant Directors of Regional Recruitment and an Admission Recruiter who supports transfer recruitment.
