Staff Accountant

As an Accounting Consultant, you are a full-time employee of Robert Half and work as a dedicated resource for clients in your area. Robert Half Consultants have the stability and benefits of a full-time job with the flexibility and new challenges of our diverse engagements.

• You receive our full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
• You are paid for 8 national holidays, three floating holidays (earned on January 1st, May 1st and September 1st), and Choice Time Off accruing at 2.0 hours per week (equating to ~13 days/year)
• You are guaranteed 37.5 hours per week whether you are on project or not, so even if you are in between engagements, you still get paid full-time.
• While on engagement, you are paid hourly so you are paid for the hours you work, and you still receive overtime for anything over 40 hours in a week.

Qualified candidates will possess all or some of the following skillsets, depending on their experience level:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• Full cycle Accounts Receivable
• Bank/balance sheet Reconciliations (multiple accounts are a plus)
• Month End Close, Year End Close
• Fixed Assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules
• Financial Statement Preparation/Creation
