Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. This position requires a focus on providing exceptional physical therapy services, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to adapt to various units and patient care areas as needed, in alignment with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions based on best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Schedule

This position operates on a Day shift schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
