Leasing & Community Growth Specialist

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a multi-unit community in Denver. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease paperwork to ensure smooth move-ins. You will also design marketing plans, monitor occupancy, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data, while supporting renewals and resident satisfaction.
