Job Description Excellent Company in Odessa, TX is seeking Temporary Recruiter Seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support hiring efforts by managing the early stages of the recruiting process. This role will assist with creating and posting job advertisements on Indeed, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interviews with shop supervisors, and helping facilitate pre-employment paperwork for selected candidates. During the first week, the recruiter will work closely with management to learn our hiring needs, become familiar with the positions being filled, set up the necessary email and recruiting tools, and meet with shop supervisors to gain an understanding of the qualifications and characteristics they are seeking in candidates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
