Leasing Agent

Insight Holdings, LLC, a private property management and development company located in Ohio City in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team. You will handle all apartment leasing activities and transactions for the business, establishing creative marketing tools and maintaining an occupancy percentage that follows company guidelines. Schedule: Full time 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must have 1‑2 years of current apartment leasing, marketing, and resident relations experience. Responsibilities Marketing and leasing for scattered apartment buildings Meet leasing prospects, introduce them to the property, conduct property and suite tours, send leasing applications and forms, and convert prospects to residents Create online marketing initiatives Complete resident renewals (60 days prior) Provide outstanding service to residents, vendors, and teammates Assist in resolving resident issues Daily Activities Respond to lead inquiries Tenant relations Provide showings to interested leads Manage electronic documentation of all lease paperwork Communicate with fellow team members in a timely and professional manner All other duties assigned by Management in relation to the property, residents, and/or customer service Weekly Activities Update availability through online platforms Update make‑ready and availability reports Walk vacant apartments and move‑ins Check and copy keys for move‑ins Follow up on pending leases and renewals Qualifications 1‑2 years of apartment leasing, marketing, and client relations High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents Strong negotiation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong organization and priority‑setting skills Ability to interact and communicate effectively, efficiently, and professionally Accountability: offer and receive constructive feedback and meet deadlines and commitments Team attitude: willing and able to assist anyone in need to complete projects/tasks accurately and timely Excellent follow‑through skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic Sense of humor and good judgment Commitment and creativity #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Holdings Cleveland
