Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (including lathes and mills) Inspecting precision parts to ensure the highest quality standards Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments Supporting Lean/5S initiatives and maintaining a safe, organized work environment Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have CNC lathe experience machining parts up to 5–6 inches (REQUIRED) Are skilled in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software Can read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances Are able to set up and operate both CNC and manual mills/lathes independently with minimal supervision (Preferred) Have experience with multi-axis machining, Fanuc controls, Mastercam, BobCAD, and G-Code Possess macro programming experience or a willingness to learn As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
