Certified Medication Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CMT/CNA)

Current shifts:

• Day shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Evening shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM ($3.00/hr.)
• NOC shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM ($3.00/hr.)

Current promotion:

• If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $25/hour!

What you'll do:

• Administer medications with care: Use your specialized training to ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
• Be a trusted advocate: Observe, identify, and communicate changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
• Provide comprehensive care: Blend CNA skills with med tech expertise to support both daily living and medical needs.
• Promote safety & healing: Follow best practices in hygiene, safety, and medication management.
• Make a daily difference: Empower residents by supporting their independence, comfort, and well-being.

What you'll need:

• Active CNA certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
• Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to resident-centered care
