You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, see the impact of your work in real-world applications, and develop your career in a setting that values initiative, quality, and hands-on problem-solving.
Work Environment
The work environment is a small-company setting that encourages close collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams. Daily work involves a mix of bench and floor assembly of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, soldering irons, and other test equipment. You will work with motion control components, optical elements such as cameras, and heating systems including hot air and infrared technologies. The role typically follows a standard daytime schedule, with periods of focused individual work as well as joint efforts with colleagues to complete builds and resolve issues.
