Bonuses are performance & schedule based Hours Worked Bonus – $100 weekly bonus when you work 36–44.99 hours, $100 weekly bonus when you work 45+ hours TNPS Performance Bonus – $50 gift card when you achieve 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day, zero TNPS detractors that same day Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing, and very basic tax questions.
