Quality Manager

Quality Manager | Manufacturing | Firearms Industry Experience Required We are actively seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on maintaining high-quality standards, improving manufacturing processes, minimizing defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality engineering background with mandatory experience in firearms manufacturing/production, along with expertise in quality systems, inspections, process improvements, and manufacturing quality controls. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives across manufacturing operations Support product development and production teams in resolving quality issues and defects Develop, improve, and maintain testing procedures and quality reporting processes Generate quality reports and track KPIs for management review Establish quality metrics and preventive measures to minimize defects Lead corrective action initiatives and root cause analysis investigations Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process evaluations Perform process capability studies, SPC, and Gauge R&R analysis Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements for quality and efficiency Develop and maintain quality standards for inspection, testing, and product evaluation Support and maintain ISO 9001 compliance initiatives Mentor and train QA personnel Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience with CMM programming and inspection processes Hands‑on experience using precision measuring tools including: Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 8+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Required: Experience in firearm manufacturing environment Strong technical problem-solving and process improvement background Experience with CAD and CMM software packages Experience with SolidWorks Strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes Preferred Qualifications Quality Management certifications If you have a strong quality background in the firearms manufacturing industry and are looking to join a dynamic environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Teksky LLC
