Seasonal Sales Associate As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Vans you will represent the brand and create memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. You will contribute to the store’s success by driving sales, supporting visual merchandising, and maintaining operational excellence. Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). 0–1 year of relevant experience. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation Hiring Range: $18.13 – $24.00 USD per hour. Benefits Part‑time or limited‑time positions. Eligible for certain VF Corporation benefits as described during onboarding.
